3RD OF JULY - WENT TO THE TASTE

I kinda knew that this day was going to be a fail. I mean, this is the fireworks day. or at least one of two. My mom decided to go last minute to the taste for the fireworks. So we left at about 5:45. That right there was a fail because the crowds came at around 12pm OTL;;;;;

So we get to the taste, and all I see is PEOPLE. There wasn't even a street. just. people. EVERYWHEREEEEEEE~ One ticket line was a complete fail, but we were the smart people in the crowd to go to the side of the booth, where there was 12 people instead of 32 people 8D But in the line of fail, there were 3. HAWT. ASIAN. MENNNNNNNNNN. And I don't mean the normal hot that I mention to my friends. They looked like friggin' Gackt and Hyde and other famous asian men singers. I literally stopped to look at them. But I was far enough from them, so I wasn't stared back at. (It always feels like/somebody's waaaatchin' meeeeeeeee~/Can't get no priiiiiiivacyyyy C: ) [/stalkermentality]

So we have tickets. The line for the popular places like Veggie pizza place and turkey leg place was a literal block of people. I was lucky that veggie pizza place had like, over 9000 staff members there, but SHEET. There were so many people there D:

As I'm walking around I'm starting to notice the attire of some of the young ladies downtown. Sorry

, but these people made Las Vegas hookers/college girls look like classy conservative models. D:Some people literally walked around in their underwear with fancy designs. People wore belly shirts. They wore ripped shirts. It was just a travesty (I think that's the right word. xD)

This is going to be a block of text OTL;;;;; Time to shorten it... ANYWAY! People were acting really ignorant down there. And it wasn't just the stereotypical black people. They were doing it, though, their ignorance was more visible to see. But there were polish men cursing under their breath about how long the lines were. The Little spanish I understand, there was a hispanic man sounded really angry about the people and the taste. A lot of people were just angsty teenagers. ; A;

The ppolice was on it. When people just began to go in the opposite direction (ANd it's always at Buckingham Fountain where the stuff happens. I was 30 feet away from it.. OTL), the police was there in 10 seconds. There goes 1% of win (THe asian men was another 1% of win 8D)

So time passes and here comes...FIREWORKS! But we couldn't hear the music, so we couldn't enjoy it. There's another 0.5%%, but it was kinda a fail at the same time. I GOT A GLOWING HEADBAND STICK THING, THOUGH, SO THAT'S THE OTHER 0.5% 8DDDDDD

4TH OF JULY - BETTER FIREWORKS AND FAMILY DINNER

So first I went to my family's last minute 4th of july dinner. The conversations there were pretty interesting. Made me think a lot. Of course, we talked about Michael. First I saw this CD called "The Dance", which had some pretty deep poetry on the cover. Go Google it, it's pretty EPIC to me. C:

Another thing MJ-related was how the media just messed him up. Like, one of my aunts (I forgot one of her names nao. OTL;;;;; ) had said that because Michael was so nice and wanting world peace, ina way it did make him naive. And she just dove deeper on stuff like that and how he most likely wasn't fully addicted to his meds. Can't remember the convos exactly, but ther were pretty deep.

My twins were at the dinner! (My cousin Keisha's babies who were supposed to have their birthday the same day as mine, but they were a week early. ; 3; ) They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTTTTEEEEEE! I almost exploded. They have these really cute green eyes. And their eyes are big, too! So they stare into your soul with their forest green eyes. 8D And Keisha's husband said that their eyes change COLORS. Like some days, they'll be hazel. These babies are EPIC. And they're my ALMOST BIRTHDAY BUDDIES! 8DDDDD

So I'm late leaving the family dinner to go to this concert that I have at South Holland playig my trombrella (Trombone fyi). I get there in the middle of the 2nd song. That's my 3% FAIL. I hated it. I didn't warm up, people were looking at me, I asked an elder lady to come with me so that I wouldn't feel ashamed of being late... it was jsut all a fail.

So after the fail entrance, I played my epic music. It was classical, but I still liked it. C:

So right after we're done performing, My mom, uncle, brother, and I deicde to stay for the fireworks. We were sitting right next to the big stereo and literally right under the fireworks. My favorite song they had with fireworks was What a Wonderful Would by Louis Armstrong. It had such good fireworks imagery. Like when he says "I see trees of green/red ones too", green and red fireworks exploded. And when they sang about flowers and smililng faces, those fireworks came up. That was my fave song. And then the music selection and timing was just epic. It was probably the best fireworks show I've ever attended. Chicago is a a close 2nd, though. 8D

FAIL, this was a block of text sowwie! ; ___________;
